It seems to me that a large portion of the most popular music sounds very similar so it’s no surprise that you’re on top one minute and wallowing in being ignored the next. Perhaps if he did something more unique he would have less fickle fans. But then he probably wouldn’t have made it to the top, whatever that means. Maybe there is a happy medium, but that takes time and a lot of talent that requires one to not use the same electronics and beats everybody else is using.
