Happiness.. A step towards success

As they say,

“Be happy not because everything is good, but because you can see the good in everything”

Happiness is the only thing which is multiplied when shared. Happiness is a state of mind and you can’t enjoy or praise anything when your inner world is dark. You have to light yourself so you can see beauty of the outside world.

Happiness can be achieved by doing certain acts of kindness by meditating and certain other things. I prefer the exercise and by helping others. I feel happy when I have done something that made a certain person happy.

Sometimes you face such situations in which happiness just fades and you can’t do anything and negative thoughts keep coming and your mind got stuck in these negativity. I am the type of person who can be easily stressed out. So, there were certain situations in my life where everything seemed to be in dark I couldn’t decide anything. So, I start to diverge my mind in reading books, cooking and exercising. I believe doing exercise freshen your mind and you feel so light. After practicing certain things, I started to gain interest in many other things. I owned a pet and start taking care of it. It helped me to overcome my stress a lot.

I strongly believe that every awful phase in life passes you just have to be patient enough to see that going. Make the amazing phase of your life so elastic and flexible that you don’t have time to see the negativity coming your way.
