The Benefits of Speaking at Tech Conferences
As a woman in tech, speaking at conferences can be a great opportunity to showcase your work, network and build credibility
Since 2018, I have been presenting at conferences for women in technology. From presenting papers to abstracts, career-related content and mentoring, speaking in these events brings me a lot of joy, especially when I am able to connect with other women working in my field or women seeking for any type of professional guidance!
Personally, speaking at conferences is not only a way to share my knowledge, but also a way to connect with others.
In a recent conversation with a mentee, she asked me why it would be important for her to speak at tech conferences. We had an interesting conversation on how one could leverage these opportunities.

Share your knowledge
