We have to create another word to describe what is normally understood by universe. Because universe is all (the sum of all the “universes” that exist and the system that contains them.) Universe is not our own closed space time continuum which started with the Big Bang. That’s just a short-sighted definition of universe because it’s the only thing we know so far. Whatever there is outside of it, if there’s something outside, even a particle (and I believe there’s way more than that -for starters whatever originated its existence in the first place-) we need a word to describe it and stop erroneously calling it the universe as if it were all there is!
