(2) What is legal research?
Clemens Kaupa

I think it is important for us to understand (specially for our thesis) that the outcomes and conclusions that we reach in our thesis, will be valid or not according to the premises and our research method.

In this sense, it is essential to delimit very well and clear the extent of our research, the main question we try to analyze, the tools and data that ir available for our research, the assumptions or premises from which we start our investigation and ALSO the variables or topics we are not going to address in our research.

To properly narrow our research makes it easier for us and clearer for the reader to follow our thesis and to understand maybe why we reach to that conclusion.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
