A lot of people seem to have this opinion and think that, but as one of the many MANY disillusioned Hiddlestoners that isn’t the case. The group I”m in never thought we could have him, never wanted him for ourselves (in a real life scenario. FanFictions not withstanding) we thought he had better taste. We thought that everything he said he believed in was genuine. It feels like he’s gone back on everything he has ever said, abandoned his morals and beliefs, and basically just given the finger to all of his loyal and devoted fans who have supported and cheered for him for years. It’s not that we wanted him for us, it’s that we thought he deserved better. Someone as intelligent, mature, hard working, and private as he is. Taylor Swift, who cannot go 5 minutes being single without having a nervous breakdown, and being the two faced manipulating liar she is, is everything that Tom has always said he was against. She is everything that he is not and his comment about ‘authenticity’ was even more mind boggling. We had hoped that the reason he wore that shirt in public where it could be photographed or even seen was because someone was holding a gun to a puppy’s head. Apparently, he did that by choice which just blew us all away. He’s done a lot of weird things, but that shirt was not only tacky for a 35 year old college graduate of 4 very prestigious colleges. It feels like he has thrown away 35 years of hard work, his integrity, everything he has ever believed in or strives for . . . . and we aren’t sure why. Taylor Swift has issues. Like, non-diagnosed issues. She’s amazingly co-dependent, has serious commitment issues, jealous and suspicious of any man she goes out with (When they don’t warrant it. She’s already started with Tom and it’s only been two months). She has proven herself as vindictive and vengeful time and time again having written about people she feels have wronged her, assassinating their characters and making a mint off the songs and albums she writes. His fans are fearful that this is what she is going to do to Tom if he doesn’t marry her and decides that she isn’t the one for him. She’ll eviscerate him in song because she’s not mature enough to know how to keep her mouth shut and maybe be classier then throwing world wide hissy fits to music. It’s not cool. This year alone she has been exposed as a two-faced liar. She laughs at her fellow musicians and peers misfortune, and of course she thinks she’s a princess who is better then everyone else. Tom has done everything in the world to make her feel special, and loved, and show her how devoted he is. What has she done for him? She hasn’t given a thought or care to his career or image. Everything is about her, and no one seems concerned about what this farce is doing to Tom’s career and future. She’ll come out of it smelling like a rose while she and her fans rip him to shreds because he got smart and got away from her drama and psychosis. It just amazes me that so many people think we’re upset with the situation because ‘we’re jealous’. That isn’t the case at all. We feel and KNOW that Tom deserves so much better. Beauty and wealth . . . and lets call it ‘talent’ do not make a good and classy person. In her case, it’s made her a vindictive, manipulative, vengeful, spiteful, hateful girl who needs constant praise, attention, and sympathy to validate her existence.

To quote a movie from the 90’s, “A gold metal (boyfriend) is a wonderful thing. But if you aren’t enough without one, you’ll never be enough with one.”

and the “I’m a feminist” song she likes to sing frequently needs to stop. She can’t survive without a guy for very long, she has to have someone to worship her and give her constant attention otherwise she isn’t happy and her mere existence isn’t validated unless she has whatever ‘prince charming’ she has on the hook that month.

Tom Hiddleston deserves better, so much better. He deserves someone who will love him as much as he loves her if not more. Taylor Swift is to self-centered and focused on her life and career and what she wants for there to be room for another in her tiny little shriveled heart. Everything she has done has only ever been for herself. While in Australia she went to the pediatric cancer ward and took ‘selfie’s’ with the dying kids with PR and cameramen in tow. Because what is the point of doing something nice unless everyone knows your doing it? Anonymity is what proves what a good person and a genuine heart you have. Doing something kind and thoughtful for someone without expecting or even getting something in return. At 26 . . . she has yet to learn this lesson and it is completely sickening.

That is why we’re angry, hurt, upset and feel betrayed. Because until he hooked up with Taylor Swift . . . Tom was a better person all the way around in so many ways. Now? Now he’s a completely different person and it makes us wonder. Is this the REAL Tom? Just as selfish and self serving as his current girlfriend? Or was the Tom he presented himself as the past 6+ years the real Tom or did he just lie to us constantly with everything he’s ever done or said?
