The challenges of the course Social issues and social innovations may end by this semester, but RefVoice started a long time ago and will continue to evolve and be active. We have many ideas and goals for the next period of our project and we are already planning our next steps.

First of all we intend to complete and share the video with the personal story of Rashed. We have already shot the whole Documentary and now we have to work on the montage.

In parallel we will be working on the Medium Publication. We would like to include Rashed’s photos and his interview translated in English. Furthermore Rashed will create his personal Medium account where he will publish his story.

All this time that we run RefVoice project we communicated with many people that show they are interested about what we are doing. Some website magazines such us Σκρα-punk suggested we could give an interview or write an article about our story and our purpose. Thus, we will contact them to promote and advertise our project.

In addition, Mary is planing to start workshops with Solomon. This is a magazine that cooperates with journalists from all over the world and mostly immigrants and refuggees. By this experience she will learn new things that will help our project to be developped and search for cooperations with journalists, refugees and organisations.

RefVoice is a serious challenge and a fullfilling project for us and we hope to continue our idea and be more active and inspirated.
