Cyclists, makers and designers came together to come up with new ideas to reduce barriers to cycling at the first CycleHack Leeds event from 10th–12th August 2018.

It was a fun, inspiring and positive weekend that brought people together with varying cycling experiences (from just getting started to keen cyclists) and a big passion to change the world by getting more people on bikes.

The launch night welcomed CycleHackers to the event at the Institute for Transport Studies with an icebreaker that got people to make a new friend and draw a bicycle for them. We then had three speakers talk about what they do and how they help reduce barriers to cycling.
