As with all other aspects of my life, too many feels. I take being a Highly Sensitive Person to the extreme :)
It sounds like you’re doing an amazing job managing your diabetes. I know a lot of people struggle with that. So kudos. I LOVE hot cereal. Oh my god. Breakfast is my favourite. Can you do seeds? I make a really great grain free porridge out of chia seeds, almond milk, a green apple (could substitute the apple), almond butter, spices. Oh and a date or two instead of sugar, but you could substitute another sweetener because I know dates are deadly sweet. Blend it coarse, heat it up on the stove and top it off with walnuts. So good.
