Ooooooh, blueberries would be phenomenal. Raspberries and blackberries too, if those work for you.
This is the recipe:
120ml (1/2 cup) almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp almond butter
1–2 dates, roughly chopped
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 green apple, peeled and cored
Chopped walnuts or other nuts
1. Mix all the ingredients, except the chopped nuts, in a blender (the recipe says until smooth but I like it coarse — I like the bits).
2. Transfer to a saucepan, stir and heat gently until warm (or nuke it).
3. Serve with chopped nuts and you can also add more fruit on top of desired (like your blueberries!).
