This article was disappointing clickbait. You’ve told us (repeatedly) the 6 things to recover from, but no tips or actual advice on how to accomplish recovery. (If we can’t sleep, we probably already know how awful that is, and might prefer tips on how to get a better night’s sleep to statistics). No context either — although you clearly have a narrowly defined demographic in mind. The “facts” are misleading (fasting cannot clear acne; the linked article never says that and shows no sign of credibility) and I expect better research from a PhD candidate! I don’t doubt these are good things to recover from daily, but at least do your opinions justice before publicizing them.
