However, have you ever considered how important it is to have a profile photo? In this article, I would like to discuss the significance of a profile photo and provide some optimization tips. But first, let me show you some examples.
How you can optimize your navigation?
1. Use Figma plugin ↓, which allows you to automatically change the background of your image with just a single click.
2. Create an avatar template for your team, featuring bright background colors.
3. Talk to HR. The human resources manager should include the topic of avatars in the onboarding process for newcomers and help push employees to set avatars in all systems.
4. Talk to your Team and explain the benefits of creating an avatar system.
After more than eight years in the digital industry, I am tired of spending my time trying to find a colleague in Figma or other task trackers. Every moment counts, and setting a profile photo can save plenty of time. Let’s optimize this process from the beginning and not be complacent.
