The French film “Two Brothers” is the work of director Jean-Jacques Annaud, whose work, along with the films of another French director Nicolas Vanier, who specializes in the same genre, I liked.

It is recommended for family viewing, in which, according to the plot, two tiger cubs are brothers.

Time and place of action — the 30s of the last century, Indochina.

Two tiger cubs were left without parents during the round-up organized by local residents.

Their fate was predictable — they ended up in the world of people, and it can be different.

Kumal is inquisitive but insecure and timid and Sanga is determined and brave, ready to protect and help his brother.

The cubs were separated, each had different conditions of growing up.

Will the tiger family be reunited and will they be able to recognize each other?

The film does not claim to be realistic, its plot is largely fabulous, but the depth of its content is obvious — nature does not tolerate interference and the main disturber of her peace is man.

A happy family of beautiful animals was destroyed by the hands of man, and each of its members became unhappy in his own way.

A beautiful movie in which the main characters are tigers, the actors for me were mainly the background.

Filmed professionally and to a high standard.

The film is in many ways instructive, informative, puts family values and family ties at the forefront.

The call of blood does not weaken over time, and no matter how much time passes, he will at the right time make it clear that before you is not a stranger, but his own.

Tiger cubs are charming, adult tigers are beautiful.

There are touching scenes that cause inexpressible emotions.

The initial scenes from the life of a tiger family evoked tenderness — playful cubs, the female’s slaps without hearing, watched with bated breath as she saved at least one tiger cub.

It was impossible to look indifferently as one of them, timid and kind, was almost kicked into the ring.

Stunning jungle landscapes, excellent decorations that convey the atmosphere of the last century in Indochina, local flavor.

The most emotional moment in the film for me was the fire in the jungle, when the hunted animals did not know where to go and the scene that followed.

A heartfelt and kind film that I recommend to watch animal lovers.
