Trust in the people you work with.

This is the biggest one for me, because if people are excited to come to work and enjoying their time — most probably you are not doing most of the things before #12.

It is a great list and something to keep in mind when evaluating one’s actions as a manager.

I would even say that those signs are also applicable to business partners or even colleagues that are operating on the same team/function/level.
