A Note on Peach

As already stated in the comments, the real struggle is to find people whom to use the app with. Friends are hard to convince most of the times. We’re all locked in in existing apps (see Whatsapp, Wechat, Messenger, Line, etc.) and switching costs are too high.

Where is the real added value? In my opinion, you need to sell the “why” not the “what”. :)
