Well said, I too feel the same way. But let me say that instead of having more women in the boardroom, that we need more diversity in our boardrooms, gone are the days where it’s acceptable to have a board comprised of Caucasian males. We need women, people of colour, people with differing out looks from our own, without it we are too susceptible to group think and complacency. I firmly believe that this is the way of the future and to the companies that don’t learn this valuable lesson, they are the ones that are going to be left behind.
