Become an Erlang Cowboy and tame the Wild Wild Web — Part I

I think this would be a great tutorial to follow. Perhaps it’s obsolete? If up-to-date, it would be wise to run through the tutorial on a clean system. As it stands, one cannot follow along with the examples.

For example, the erlskeletaor_cowboy repo doesn’t contain a Makefile, so the instructions to use make won’t work, and obviously “make shell” won’t either. I can type “rebar3 compile” and “rebar3 shell,” but then the ibrowse module is not in my path. I don’t see it anywhere in the built system or listed as a dependency anywhere. I could install that and put it in my Erlang path, but at this point, it’s very clear that the tutorial and the repo are quite out of sync.
