Really great piece Simon. I always like to use the phrase “you can’t outsource your culture”. Great communication and culture hacking specialists know this and know that their role is to help leadership accept and embrace this as well. As one of my colleagues likes to say, it’s having the courage to fire yourself sometimes when you encounter a leader who wants you to “take the stage” in their place.
