I think how you integrated your personal experiences with the idea of social learning shows how important it truly is. Interacting with others is paramount to discovering how others work, and how to contribute positively in society, as you did in the military. I also like how you pointed out that sometimes people try and go against positive social learning and try to get away with things. I agree with your points and think you did a nice job explaining everything. Very nice!
