Give thanks and show Gratitude.
We always do our best in the apartment to put something into the Gratitude Jar and that’s outside feeling the feeling of being truly Grateful for all that we have and writing about what we truly feeing in our Gratitude Journal for everything that we have been blessed with in our lives, all the good and the bad…truly everything that has come into our lives.
When the Gratitude Journal’s are full, we start another one and when that one is full we start another one. It’s a daily practise in this apartment that we have incorporated into our hearts, our souls and ultimately…our lives.
Whenever anyone comes into the apartment we ask them to write something down on a small 6 x4 sheet of paper, something, anything that they are Grateful for in their life and they put the sheet of paper into the Jar
The Gratitude Jar soon becomes full of things we and others are truly Grateful for at any time of the day and we roll them up and we put them inside the jar.
When the Jar is full and no more Gratitude can go into the Jar, we take everything out and put it on the table and go through them and we reminisce about what was written by ourselves and by others.
It really gives you a Gratitude boost when the Jar is full and then we take everything that was written and stick everything into a folder.
When the folder is done we start a brand new Gratitude Jar.
Gratitude turns the darkest of times into the brightest of times. Gratitude turns the smallest of things to be grateful for into the biggest of things to be Grateful for.
When you truly practise being Grateful for all that you have, you open your heart, your soul and you begin to everyone and everything om a whole new light.
