Telling a good story is everything
Jason Toff

This is a great article, but one piece is missing. As a leader you must give your team a chance to reflect the story or narrative back to you. In other words, you have to find ways to hear their version of your story. You might be surprised at what you hear. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Invite different people from your team to tell the story to the entire team, in their own words. Everyone will benefit, especially you, the leader.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
