IndiGo baggage allowance
IndiGo Airlines checked baggage allowance is 15kg per person for 1 piece of baggage, effective October 1, 2020. For multi-city or double bookings, an additional 10kg is allowed. On top of that, you have to pay extra for any excess baggage. For hand luggage, one handbag of up to 7 kg and 115 cm per passenger is allowed. To have a contactless ride, you are encouraged to place your carry-on or carry-on luggage under the seat in front of you. For any excess baggage on domestic flights, you must pay an additional INR 500 for each additional kilogram. You have the option to reserve prepaid excess baggage up to 1 hour before the scheduled flight departure.
