Mr. Pos Han, who is currently leading Project DELTA and developing a blockchain-based content platform, signed last week a MoU with Mr. Kang Jae-min, representative of SolDesk.
Through this agreement, the two companies will continue to work together to foster talent in the fourth industrial revolution and operate training courses that are linked to employment.
In particular, the two companies have decided to cooperate in various fields, such as academic exchange, technical advice, and business experience, to expand the workforce for big data and blockchain.
Currently, SolDesk provides priority support to its training graduates by linking them with industry-academic partners and plans to give preference to SolDesk’s outstanding human resources in the future.
SolDesk, an educational institution that has been certified by the Ministry of Employment and Labor for three years since 2017, is currently managing a ‘4th Industrial Revolution Leader Training Program’. They are promoting Industry-institution cooperation with a variety of companies to shape high-level ICT technicians and to support stable employment.
“With this agreement, we hope to work closely with local educational institutes and polish young talent that will collaborate with the successful completion of “Project DELTA,” said Mr. Pos Han.

프로젝트 델타, 솔데스크와 4차산업혁명 인재 양성 위한 MOU 체결

블록체인 기반 콘텐츠 플랫폼 ‘프로젝트 델타’를 준비 중인 대표 한민우는 지난 27일 솔데스크(대표 강재민)와 4차산업혁명 시대 인재 양성 훈련사업에 관한 업무 협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
양사는 이번 업무 협약을 통해 민간 4차 산업혁명 분야 인재 양성을 위해 적극 협력하고 취업으로 연계되는 연수과정을 운영하는 등 지속적인 협력 관계를 유지하기로 했다.
특히 양사는 빅데이터 및 블록체인 관련 기술인력의 저변 확대를 위해 학술교류 및 기술자문, 사업경험 공유 등 다방면에 걸친 산학협력에 나서기로 했다.
현재 솔데스크는 자사 훈련수료생을 산학협력 업체와 연계해 우선적으로 지원하고 있으며, 프로젝트 델타는 향후 인재 채용 시 솔데스크의 우수 인재를 적극 우대할 예정이다.
솔데스크는 2017년부터 3년간 고용노동부 지정 우수훈련기관 인증등급을 획득한 교육기관으로 현재 ‘4차산업혁명 선도인력 양성사업’을 운영하고 있다. 4차산업혁명 분야 고급인력 양성 및 안정적인 취업지원을 위해 다방면의 기업들과 산학협력을 추진 중이다.
프로젝트 델타 한민우 대표는 “이번 업무 협약을 통해 4차산업혁명 시대 인재 육성을 위해 국내 교육기관과 긴밀하게 협력해 나가겠다”며 “현재 진행 중인 ‘프로젝트 델타’의 성공적 서비스를 위해 국내 우수 인력 채용에 적극 나서겠다”고 말했다.
한편 ‘프로젝트 델타’는 블록체인 기반 콘텐츠 플랫폼 개발을 목표로 하고 있다. 지식 서비스를 시작으로 이용자 참여로 이루어지는 인공지능(AI) 기반 콘텐츠 플랫폼을 지향하고 있다.
