What I would add is that by being curious, we are led to explore new interests outside of our comfort zones which leads us to appreciate how little we truly know.

Gaining this appreciation will hopefully lead us to remain humble, committed to working hard and without ego.

Ryan Holiday’s new book ‘Ego is the Enemy’ does a great job (far better than me) of bringing this to life.

I’d also recommend Ian Leslie’s book ‘Curious’ as a great resource for learning more about the benefits of maintaining our childhood curiosity.
