Could some shy admirer out there be secretly admiring?

But I’d read enough.

I’m 99.9% confident I made the right moves.

Didn’t click that ‘see photos’ link — by then convinced it was bogus, I clicked DELETE, cleared trash, ran my Malwarebytes software scan.

Close call?

Sincere writing — or scam/virus-packin’ malware?

While It looked innocent enough — like one of those e-cards we’ve all seen, but no Hallmark or Blue Mountain logo; I opened carefully. Not on my desktop. On my iPhone hoping, at worst, it might infect my phone.

That message read, “I’ve had a crush on you for a long time”, then explained the shy sender was reluctant to make a move, she added, “I would divorce for you.”

My computer and phone are safe, unaffected …
