A New Publication

One that will fill you up!

While eating breakfast this morning, our son Andrew mentioned that I should open a new publication and call it Imperfect Recipes of the World. The light went on in my slow moving brain and voila here we are.

I do the majority of the cooking in the house, and I am known for taking a recipe and doing my own thing with it. Sometimes it works, and other times, well, we won’t talk about that.

The idea Andrew had is perfect for times like those. Why not share both triumphs and failures. One never knows when one’s failure is another’s success. Right?

So here we go. If you want to write for us, let me know. If you want to share recipes, let me know. This publication is the place for all chefs both professional and novice to come together and share recipes both good and bad.

For chefs from all walks of life who have recipes that they want to try, can without fear of rejection. If anything it will get tried, reviewed, redone and tried again. Maybe a failed recipe will become a successful one. Who knows?

Anyway, we are open for business so let me know if you want to contribute.
