Right! I’m in the planning stages right now of dropping out. I have been with Medium since the beginning when it was fun to write and more people interacted and weren’t too concerned about style as much as effort.

Also, all of the Social Media (GURU’S) I use that term extremely loosely weren’t here to sell things that don’t matter to most of us on here.

The good old days are long gone to make room for money-making opportunities for Medium and others, except for real writers.
