Thank You

I wanted to take a few minutes today to thank everyone who has followed me so far. I am humbled by the number of followers as well as the support given to me from you.

I don’t have the hundred of thousands of followers that many have, but the ones I do have are the best. You guys keep me writing, albeit shitty writing at times, but I keep on going.

Now I’m looking to change one more thing in my life that will affect some stuff. I am going to get rid of Facebook. I dislike Facebook. I believe I can do the same here as on Facebook. Meaning keeping in contact with the people who matter and read my stuff.

I’ve only used Facebook for getting my posts out there, but that seems to be a waste also. I don’t get the interaction I would like from Facebook, and it just isn’t worth the effort for me. It takes time away from what I can accomplish here.

I believe Medium is still coming of age and in the next few years, it will be the platform for not just writing, but for more. Like communication between friends and family. A much better way of communicating in my eyes.

In closing, I want to say thanks again, and I hope you keep following me and the publications I have on here The Life of Papa and Imperfect Writers of the World.

Be Well and see you more on here than ever!
Mark
