Thinking Elections and Government
I wonder what happened to this kind of thinking by Abraham Lincoln?
Today’s quote is from the 16th President of the United States. I thought it was perfect to post being that we are in the middle of some serious politicking right now.

What are your thoughts about the Government and us having a say about the government and how it affects our daily life?
Imagine the thought of overthrowing the government? Where do you start and how will it go?
What would be the response of other Americans in the United States? Would they join up or run away and hide?
I am not looking to start a revolution. I wouldn’t think of it. I find the government considering everything it’s been through isn’t as bad as everyone thinks.
What I do see happening though is politicians thinking we are their slaves and we should follow their lead instead of speaking up which is a right of ours.
I believe in time people will stand up for injustice when there is a government that accepts that.
What and how do you feel we can improve out way of lives right now?
This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or exercise their revolutionary right to overthrow it.
