It’s streamlined simplicity and internet users are creatures of habit.

I found the apartment I’ve lived in the past three years on the housing/apt. section of Craigslist simply because I wanted to see on a whim what the range of rent prices were in my area without an exhaustive search using a multitude of websites. I didn’t necessarily have an intention of limiting my search to Craigslist, but I ended up finding the apartment I wanted at the price I wanted, FAST.

It’s a bare-bones platform that serves a purpose and that is ultimately what people want.
