A Proven Formula To Creating Content That Will Get More Views, Likes, and Shares

Here are 6 of my favorite ways to get others to tell their stories, and share their wisdom and knowledge.

Tip 1 — Relationships. Spend real time developing and tracking relationships with employees and customers. Use a free CRM or something like Airtable. One of my favorite things to track is time since last conversation.

Tip 2 — Interview. Make it easy for the person who’s giving you their time. Record the interview and transcribe it with something like Rev.
