I like how you take the time to discuss the trade-offs as objectively as possible. I think each social media platform has its own ethos, and it might not agree with everyone.

Sawyer’s view of Tumblr is well taken. But it highlights that his goals are different from Tumblr’s design goals — and Tumblr’s community. For instance, if I want to sell something, I don’t use Tumblr. Thanks for the post!
