I’d love to hear your thoughts on proprietary cities versus pragmatarian cities.

One of the advantages of proprietary cities is their ability to improve governance in developing countries, helping alleviate poverty. For reasons stated in the essay, I think proprietary cities are feasible now, or in the near future. I don’t think pragmatarian cities or coutnries are politically feasible now or in the near future, especially in developing countries.
