The User’s Mind is Full

Agree to some extent but user mind isn’t full because of the software: it is full because of the way of interaction with the software. Software may create experience but there are limitations on how users can interact with that software . So yes we have smartphones, PCs which have been defining basic concepts of software for the past 10 years. It is important to understand that software experience is not divided from the device. Which to me is a big question: What comes after smartphones?
