Many of the aspects you mention I’ve been trying to teach others for many years. You’ve stated them perfectly! My mantra has been schools should not be in the hardware/software business, don’t limit students to specific hardware/software, outsource everything, and the more clicks involved the more teachers you’ll lose. Keeping things simple always wins out:)
