There are Three Directions and One’s Right
Things are always moving in one of three directions.
Sometimes it’s forward, sometimes it’s backward, and sometimes it’s wayward.
Forward is unknown and thus requires faith and hope. (Not hope like being dealt blackjack, but one that expects things to come.)
Backward is fine for a time if forward didn’t work. That’s part of the wobbling process. But continuing backward is the opposite of what you need.
Wayward is wasting time and needs to stop. Find the path.
Take a step forward. It can be one inch—at least it’s in the right direction.
