One of the most profound decisions I’ve made over the past 6 months is eliminated as many menial decisions as possible. It’s been such a boon to my productivity as I no longer worry about breakfast or lunches, what I’m going to wear, what I’m going to do in the morning etc. I end up getting a lot of slack for it, especially eating the same food day in and day out, but it’s been very beneficial. Aside from Saturday and Sunday evening, I generally follow a similar schedule unless I’ve got a major appointment during the week.
