Hi John Bodley, thanks for your reply. Your note about tribal knowledge and when it can no longer scale is a great way to describe what I’ve been thinking about re: the inflection points that a company passes as they grow.

I love reading about all the work you guys are doing re: data —the commitment you have made to that part of the business is well-recognized by those of us outside of the company. (I keep hearing people reference “data at Airbnb” in so many places…) Thanks again for the reply and I look forward to the next post!
