Garlicoin; Overcoming Expectations and Prejudice.
With all the new Cryptocurrency news coming out about the rise and fall of Bitcoin, this small, unassuming alternative coin may have slipped under your radar. A user named Lightfoot, an extremely smart man who specializes in ASIC, alerted the Dev team to the devastating exploit in the code. But under the leadership of Digitalorange, his team was able to make a completely new algorithm that is going live as we speak.
Allium, cleverly named to be the genus of Garlic, was developed especially for the coin. It is both resistant to ASIC and the various attacks of white supremacist groups using pump and dump strategies to destroy the value of the coin.
“I made the coin to have fun” Says the creator Digitalorange. He has spoken at length about how he wants everyone who is using the coin to have fun and be nice to one another.
