For starters, half the people who go to Drudge and give him his massive numbers (mostly thanks to him refreshing the site every seven goddamn seconds) FUCKING HATE Drudge (myself included). Trump’s cult of personality is pretty wide, I’ll grant you, but it’s puddle deep. There is no there, there. Once the mechanisms of state kick back into functioning gear, he will be an unfortunate stain on the history book page, and that’s IT. He’s totally insubstantial as an individual, and people are waking up en masse to the GOP bullshit machine, even in Red States. In a year, you’ll be embarrassed by this.
