Thank you for your response, i definitely don't want to say neurotypical = rude. Just less aware of how a neurodiverse person has likely dealt with numerous moments of criticism and judgement that can feel like being told, "suck it up, be less of yourself to fit in" which doesn't go well with emotional regulation challenges + a strong drive to maximize authenticity. Dealing with RSD will remain a task of self-compassion and regulating toward helping people understand better.
