My husband was sick but we had a job to bid for our client. So we were able to literally work from bed. I had my laptop and the prints in front of me and I noticed that these apartments are a little fancier than the usual boring type apartments they build. Some of the units had built in solariums that were basically another bedroom, so I told my husband who was surprised and we adjusted the price higher to compensate, I wrote it up, sent it, and they approved it without any negotiation. Score for my first bid 80% unassisted. Job should last at least a year and if our client’s happy, we’re happy.
