Ugh, yes! The reverse side the of the coin is just as bad. I have always been thin, despite my own “broken eyes” telling me I’m fat and people think they have license to say whatever they want just because you’re thin. Not true. It hurts just as much and can cause just as many insecurities and issues. I’m glad you have a “no scale zone” at home too. Such freedom!
