It’s such a refreshing thing to see an assertive and decisive woman portrayed as early as this era. The movie has a light and breezy romantic theme that is easy in the heart. Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers have always been a gorgeous looking pair on screen.

Ginger Roger’s character is a woman that knows what she feels. Fierce, bubbly, and a bit naughty too. The confidence to tell what she feels without the restrictions of the norm gives zest in the movie.

The movie is amusing and entertaining and could be just the break you need from all the heavy, intense themed stories of our time. If I am unable to interest you to check out this one hour and 20 minutes film, at the very least; they’re known for their best dance moves that can easily have you tapping and humming in no time.
