I feel like Kanye falls in this area as well. Both with Kid Cudi (808s:MOTM) & Chance (TLOP:Coloring Book). In both instances Kanye’s came out first, the other artist’s imprint is felt on the album & the newer artist work was more well received.

I personally don’t have an issue, because I believe all parties involved benefited. I’m just a little surprised it isn’t mentioned or even looked at more.
