Caffeine headaches mostly placebo haha, and the moon is made of cheese.

Caffeine withdrawals are a recognized disorder and Caffeine dependency is a real thing.

If you’re quitting the most popular “Drug” in the world..(especially if you are a chronic consumer) you’re gonna have a bad time mmkay…at least for 3 days. I mean its not water torture..but it’s not fun.

The headaches are just one phase of the withdrawals. Lethargy, disrupted sleep patterns, moodiness, anxiety, depression..etc..

Expect 1–2weeks of no caffeine (depending on your rate and history of consumption)to get back to your normal regulated state.

Anxiety levels will be much lower after you kick the habit.
