There is some work to be done in the forefront: I need to learn what social media really is and learn how to operate the platforms (training). Then I need to look at promoting the business. Will I go for the personal approach (personal profiles) or the business approach (pages and company profiles). I would also investigate what advertising and paying services will cost me in order to create a realistic budget and define what the ROI is that I want.
