That’s right, models generated by artificial intelligence will now have their own beauty reign. Together with technology and marketing experts, we analyze the possible consequences of the arrival of AI in this traditional industry.

Even though it is crazy to believe that there are models and influencers created with artificial intelligence that look like real human beings, there is an exclusive beauty pageant for them.

This is the World AI Creator Awards, a contest that seeks the model made with perfect AI as its beauty, technology and digital influence are evaluated. Furthermore, two of the jurors are none other than Emily Pelligrini and Aitana López, two influencers generated with this technology.

Of course, the prizes go to the developers of the models. First place will win $5,000 in cash and public relations and imaging consulting valued at $8,000.

Second and third place will not win cash but will receive training estimated at $5,000 and $2,000, respectively.

World AI Creator Awards
The World AI Creator Awards (WAICA) is the first global awards program of its kind dedicated to recognizing the achievements of AI creators around the world.

The first installment of WAICA is Miss AI, where traditional beauty pageants come to the world of AI creators. Contestants will be judged on their beauty, technology and influence.

The figures will be judged on some of the classic aspects of these types of pageants, including their beauty, poise and their answers to questions such as “if you could have a dream to make the world a better place, what would it be?”

Contestants will earn points for their skill and implementation of AI tools, including use of cues and their production, and visual details around hands, eyes, and backgrounds.

The social influence of AI creators will be evaluated based on their fan engagement numbers, audience growth rate, and utilization of other platforms such as Instagram.

On the other hand, the competition will have four jurors: Andres Bloch, media founder, entrepreneur and public relations advisor; Sally-Ann Fawcett, historian and author of books on beauty pageants; Aitana López and Emily Pelligrini, both content creators made with AI.

Each judge will use her experience to evaluate the contestants in the three main categories. A points-based system will be used to rate each creator, and each participant will receive an overall score.

Fanvue, the company behind the contest, did not clarify how Aitana López and Emily Pelligrini will make their verdicts given that they are artificial intelligences that do not have their own criteria, so one could think that their developers are the true judges.
