When you not sleep enough it can be impact not only to your health, but to your productivity during the day. Lack of sleep can not replace by anything except sleep.

if you lose only five hours of sleep throughout the week, you can probably recover most of the five hours over the weekend. However, you may not recover all of the lost sleep if you lose over 20 hours.

The research from Groningen University said those people experienced lack of sleeps are more than double the productivity loss (more than 107 percent) compared to someone have enough sleep.

The first barrier to productivity is insufficient sleep. You’ll have less energy and react slower. You’ll feel less creative and focused, and have difficulty making decisions and solving problems.

That’s actually happen to me, when I was working whole a day from morning (9 am) until morning (3 am). And the worst condition is i cannot productive in the next day. The impact for me it’s not only one day but one week during the work day.

It’s no matter how much your work, but don’t take your sleeping time. Give your body rest at least 5–6 hours every day. — MSP
