Getting out of our heads then improvising is required to practice and not afraid of shame. It’s really difficult if you have thin skin. I recognize when I slip some unconscious words and that will come up with laughter, sometimes I don’t even realize it is funny.

Back to the topic, the interesting thing is, when my friend told me that the ideas I said was worth to try, at that moment I murmured and thought: Did I really say that? So, wise thing doesn’t have to come from an elaborated plan.
